Mobile build of a SQL Server Lab that I run on any computer/laptop.
Recently saw a presentation on creating a Mobile SQL Lab on a LapTop. I already have one but it’s not great at running too many virtual machines, so I decided I’ll create a new lab with more power and that’s a little different than what I have. After a lot of research on my options I decided to build my new lab with a mini-pc. With this build I’m able to run it only any machine and there’s no issue with vm’s (thus far).
Happy with the results so far (maybe now I’ll be able to retire my old server).
